i have the same problem. The main problem may be there is some water inside on the bottom. Somewhere a device will be wet and the machine stops working. A simple check for this is to lift the machine at the right side. If the is water comming out at the left side you did find the problem.
One of the main problems is the outlet hose. If it is bend a little it will crack within a few years. Water will flow into the machine and it stops.
just replace the outlet hose. this will cost a lot of time to replace a stupid hose.
