Recently had new combi boiler fitted & hoped this noise would go away but it hasn’t. Hall rad & towel rail are above each other & sound like a bath is constantly filling up. Also can be heard in wall close by. Any ideas?

Call the engineer who installed the new boiler and explain your problem to him. He is the first person you should contact.
He is stumped!
Has he thought about asking one of his Gas Safe friends to help sort the problem out (two heads etc)?
It's almost impossible to diagnose this type of problem remotely.
