Noises related to the hot water tap! HELP REQUIRED

When I turn the hot water on in my bathroom and let it run - it runs hot not a problem, however once turned off there is an almighty rumbling noise occuring from my loft. It last for about 2-3 minutes maximum. Can anyone let me know what they think it could be. im guessing that the tank is filling back up or is it the water heating the water back up?

I have a power shower and it doesn't happen with that.

Give me some ideas! Thanks for your help

Check ballvalve to see if it's juddering while filling, if so replace complete unit.
