Hi, how can i tell if the bearings or motor is on its way out on my beko wma765s? The machine has a very strange sound coming from it on high speed. The sound is hard to describe but its a cross between rattling and a grinding noise so i'm thinking its either the bearings or the motor itself or am i thinking wrong?

Thanks?

remove belt and spin drum by hand and then spin motor on the floor see if its one or the other.

Check the concrete counterbalance weights on the bottom of the machine.

I have seen a couple that have come loose.

Thanks very much, i will try both and then come back to you if neither is the problem. Cheers.
