Noisy Boiler and lack of heat in the radiators

Can anyone help me out? I have a really noisy water tank. I have to bleed th radiators on a regular basis (at least once a day) and it sounds as if there is an air blockage somwhere in the pipes above. Can anyone suggest something to initially flush the system adn remove limescale, sludge etc and secondly how do I get rid of the air block and restore heat to my house??

I am not a plumber or heating engineer, you could try putting a hose from the cold tap to the hot and turning them BOTH on. this send water back through the system and forces out air.

Have some one in the loft to watch the tank doesnt over flow, and do it with system off
