My machine is very noisy when turning the washing slowly at the beginning of a cycle - is this normal? There's the usual (I assume) whirring of the motor, but there's also a 'whooshing' sound. Basically, it sounds as if it's having a hard time doing the job. The drum is turning and everything else seems fine.
