Noisy Combi Boiler

Can anyone help. I have just moved into an apartment that has a combi boiler so I've got constant hot water. Can anyone tell me whether it should make a noise every couple of hours or so during the night. The Central Heating is off, however I get this churning noise as if I've turned the hot water on! Its keeping me awake!!
