Noisy En-Suite shower

Hi

I have just bought a new build and the en suite shower is located above the back of the lounge.
When I get showered it is pretty noisy its driving my wife crazy.
Same when emptying sink or flushing toilet
We've have had the builder back who's fobbed us off and said its just how they are spec'ed

Is their any way I could soundproof it under the shower tray???
