Noisy Fan?

We have a Vokera Excell 80SP. The central heating makes a low vibrating noise at all times which I think is the fan catching on something. The noise increases when the heating kicks in or a hot water tap is turned on.

Would this support my theory it's the fan and that it gets louder because the fan spins quicker when the heating/hot water is on? Or is the fan speed constant at all times?

If it is the fan any idea on price?

Fan low speed when no demand. Goes to high speed during demand.
