Noisy Servowarm Elite 50 boiler

Hi, My Sevrvo warm Elite 50 boiler constantly hums quite loudly when it is running, regardless of whether the flame is on or off. At times the humming quietens a bit. Can any one pls help?

The pump's inside the boiler, and could be ancient by now!

Don't let the pump isolating valves be touched. They will leak and are obsolete.

Thanks.. are the isolating valves inside the pump?.
I see it is necessary to completely drain the system to replace the pump.
