Noisy Vokera Linea Max

I have a Vokera Linea Max central heating boiler. About two years after installation a howling noise could be heard whenever the central heating was on. The service engineer said this was a known problem and replaced the diverter valve bobbin. The boiler worked fine for about a year then the noise started again. New bobbin was fitted and the boiler worked for two months. A third valve has just been fitted and the noise started again minutes after the engineer left .

Anyone know what's going on please

he should try cleaning and greasing the bobbin pin and replacing the front seal.
