Noisy washing machine

Hi,
Washing machine has recently started making a godawful racket on high speed spin - it only happens under load - run the machine empty and it is quiet as a mouse - put in a wash and it is thumping at high speed. It was a refurb when we got it but was fine at the time - less than a year ago.
Any advice greatly appreciated

Check the weights, the concrete slabs have not come a little loose.

Thanks for that.
I took the back off and the top, and watched it go through its whole cycle empty.. quiet as the grave. Watched it do the same thing under load. Couldn't see anything moving that shouldn't have been but what a racket! Would wake the dead! Wouldn't be so bad but it is outside and although our neighbour is a tad deaf, I'm embarrassed by the noise...
Motor seems secure, as does spindle bolt, springs and concrete weight. I think I have six month warranty on it, which expires in a week and a half...

If you are sure there are no loose weights etc. thumping = broken drum support.

Would it still be silent when it was empty if that was broken?

Probably - empty everything would be in balance. With the drum loaded with washing, the balance will be quite random and never perfectly balanced.
