Nokia 5800

Got one and it was great for 6 weeks then all of a sudden stopped getting texts and if had missed call it said missed call but not the number/name of the person who had called.

Took to TMobile and they gave me a crappy replacement while it was being fixed and told me would be 14 days (3 weeks ago)

Have rung the shop I took it to 3 times and no answer logged into website recommended as per the repair form (website in French)

With Vodaphone or orange my experience has been that if you have a phone problem , you call them and they despatch a courier with a replacement phone which you just swap at the doorstep.
