Just been to a back boiler that was serviced by a non corgi operator. Boiler did not work when he 'serviced' it. Found soot on the heat exchanger, burner was full of dust, no ventillation, spillage taking place as well as carpet under the fire front (no hearth).

What do the regulars think?

em yer thats the point, they need to track this clown down and stop him working

or you could just let him do some more services

corgi's function is to collect as much money as possible from registered mugs,....um....operators. Unregistered ones are just losses they put up with, there's plenty of mugs, .....damn, keep getting it wrong, ....OPERATORS. :D

What's a RIDDOR ?

If the guy has the balls to work without the ticket then its the punters who employ him at bargain basement rates who are the mugs.

At least they're getting their just desserts.

Actually my corgi inspector told me not file a RIDDOR unless i really really had to!!!!! He said it takes ages for it all to go through, and its probably hassle i could do with out!!!! Makes u think doesnt it??????

You need the householder to supply name and address of the guy so he can be prosecuted. And they have to be prepared to go to court over it. Fat chance.

and that just about sums it up BIG STYLE
corgi wont get of there a*se unless they have chapter and verse what happened to them investigating these reports which( supposedly) is why they are there

I dont bother reporting anymore or do Riddors, I did have some success years ago but it's all hassle that shouldn't be anymore.
