Non-standard uPVC Door Handle - Lock Above Handle

Hope someone can help with this. My front door handle is failing (the inside socket has rounded) and I need to replace. It is a multi-point locking uPVC door. It is unusual in that the lock is above the handle (approx. 70mm). When the lock is open, the handle is perpendicular. To lock the door your pull the handle down. The pictures below describe this better. Can anyone point me in the direction of anywhere selling this kind of handle?
