None Return valve and heat exchanger

Hi All,

Has anyone got any images of a none return valve and heat exchanger on a Vokera Linea 28 combi boiler? I am trying to locate both of them, i have been told by a Vokera engineers that my hot water cutting out issue is due to iether a stickey non return valve or a blocked heat exchanger! Has anyone experienced this which might be able to advise how to get them both cleaned or even replaced!!!
