Turned the dining room light on earlier and one of the LED golf balls was out. Made a mental note to swap it out.
Came in just now and No. 3 son had turned it on. Lamp was working. Switched it off and this happened.

The lamp that failed earlier came on as normal then stayed on for a few seconds after switching off before fading out.
