Not sure how to top up pressure on my Main combi 25 eco elite - Help

Hello - I've got the Mian Combi 25 Eco Elite and I just can't seem to top up the pressure. I've tried different combinations of the 5 black taps.

Can anyone tell me how to do it ? Pictures attached.

Gently turn this handle 90 degrees, so that it is inline with the pipe...

Leave the other handles as they are.
It doesn't appear that your system needs a huge amount of topping up.

Oh, so sorry, i missed the other black handle in the photo, because of the background .
Make sure both these are open...

Hello RandomG - tried that slowly opening it all the way but nothing happened at all so I closed it agin. Anything else I could try ?
