Noticed a crack in my wall

So i just noticed this crack in my wall above my front window. Just wanted peoples thoughts.

Obviously my first thought is the dreaded s word but thought I would ask more rational people first.

You could have taken a photo in less time than it took to do that drawing.

Does "just noticed" mean that it was not there yesterday?

It could be anything from this information.
