I wonder if there are many more al-Quaeda terrorists helping at the European Organization for Nuclear Research (Cern), Europe's main centre for the study of atomic physics.

The researcher had been working on an experiment at the Cern laboratory which houses the giant Large Hadron Collider, designed to recreate the conditions that existed just after the Big Bang.

He was probably hoping to create the Big Bang itself.

CRB checks don't appear to be very good in France and Switzerland, so god help us if they ever get this thing running again.
