Now is this by chance or design ?

Surely if there was a creator there would be no need for this, as the sun would keep its activity constant?

I don't see in the original reports any mention of this 'evolving'. Where did you get this idea from? It's a natural phenomenon that scientists are investigating.
Cause and effect. There is no 'purpose' to this. Your post seems to read that you are suggesting (?) that the Earth conciously does this for a reason, a la Gaia?

It makes less sense for me to think that a creator would have to have fixes like this, rather than create a balanced system in the first place. This would mean that the creator got it wrong in the first instance and needs to keep tweaking the set up.

It's just a kind of solar weather system , fascinating but little understood.

My guess would be that the incoming solar storm is, in effect, a conducting path for the plasma. No storm - plasma stays where it is.
A bit like the charge staying in the battery, unless you connect a wire to it, to discharge it.

That seems sensible, any reason why this would not be the case?

The planet didn't evolve the perfect environment for us to survive in, WE, as life forms, evolved to live in that environment.

So we have a thermo nuclear device to warm us and give life to the earth that is in a state virtual self perpetuation but when it get a little too active a safety device popes in to action to protect the planet.

They have just discovered scrolls in the Jordanian desert that are thought to include some missing words from Genesis. Loosely translated, it reads:

"And on the eighth day, God created the magnetosphere."

Who decided we needed Boyles Law of Gases though?

Who decided we needed Boyles Law of Gases though?

????

We don't 'need' the Laws but they were formulated to explain behaviour and relationships, were tested ,challenged and reviewed and now accepted , and thus allow for further applications.

Nobody decided we needed them as such, beyond curiosity and a drive to explain the world around us in a rational manner.

I know you know all that, so the question is puzzling?

qUESTION IS DOES the scientist know if it is the sun's flare that triggers auto response frrom eart to defend itself against these deadly particles or rays or is it the other way around where the earth reacts to the deadly particles? not sure anyone and it is pure speculation.

Fusion is what powers the sun. Atoms of Tritium and Deuterium (isotopes of hydrogen, Hydrogen-3 and Hydrogen-2, respectively) unite under extreme pressure and temperature to produce a neutron and a helium isotope. Along with this, an enormous amount of energy is released, which is several times the amount produced from fission.

Whatisfusion_2

Scientists continue to work on controlling nuclear fusion in an effort to make a fusion reactor to produce electricity. Some scientists believe there are opportunities with such a power source since fusion creates less radioactive material than fission and has a nearly unlimited fuel supply. However, progress is slow due to challenges with understanding how to control the reaction in a contained space.

so the suns a bit volatile, due to fusion, hasent killed us yet, so someone knew it would shoot out sometimes, and a guard is in place.

So : Rather than engineer the sun to be a constant source of energy, this 'someone' made it volatile. At the same time they'knew' it would sometimes shoot out, so they then had to engineer a guard system to counteract this flaw?

Just goes to show that no-one, not even God, is infallible.

Well, except the Pope, of course!
