Bought a Now TV box to make my bedroom TV a Smart TV and for Catch Up facilities. I have Sky TV and Sky Broadband. Can't get the Now TV box to let me sign in. I've input my Sky ID which is my AOL email address . Input my AOL password as the password on the Now TV box. All I get is the message - something is wrong and we're working on it. Never get any further. Infuriates me there is no customer phone in help line. Any ideas? Can I not have Now TV while I have Sky TV? Shall I set up a new email account under a different name? Would it still accept my bank details in my name. Or shall I throw it away? Please answer in non high tech terms as I'm a technophobe ! Thanks.
