Nuaire drimaster eco flashing zero

I have installed a Nuaire drimaster eco in my loft and when powered up the defuser is flashing zero and the setting for fan speed cannot be adjusted up or down

It says it’s in standby mode when checking on YouTube and to power down and wait for 2 minutes and adjust settings

I’ve tried this but it’s not adjusting and when I returned 30 mins later it’s flashing F

any help appreciated

No darn idea on what device that is.

If its new, then all I can suggest is to look at the manual and see why the F is flashing on the display. If that doesn't help then return it back wherever it came from.

- Power to the unit ('F' is flashing on display). Fan has failed and a replacement unit is required. High loft temperature.
