Hi,
I am currently looking at a O2 Pay as You go SIM card. On the card the first 9 numbers are taken up by the network numbers such as callback, top-up and directory enquiries. Everytime I try to delete them they re-appear. Just wondering if anyone knows how to delete these?

Depending on the phone, you probably have to delete it from the phone memory first, then from the sim.

why do you want to delete them? press the letter of who your looking for it doesnt take that long.

I have just tried a SIM card reader (USB) which will allow me to clear every number from the card but the first 9.
The reasoning, I have a GSM alarm dialer which dials posn 1 on the simcard (currently locked onto o2 callback)

Using the card reader can you view the properties of the items you want to delete? If you can it might say that these are 'read only', if you can uncheck that property you should be able to delete the item.
