Oak worktop installed wrong side up

Well, part of it. To replace the bit will cost me £90 for new length of worktop and whatever cost to cut it to size. It is noticeable, glue and uneven surface.
Already got the invoice from the fitters. Question - do I pay them less, taking out say £90 plus £30 (what they charge me per hour for fitting units) from their total? Do I insist on them going to Ikea, getting the b**** thing, and refitting it? Would prefer the latter....
