odd sized inspection chamber

I have a manhole cover currently 500x500 approx.

I cant find one to match online to replace it (very rusty and dirty and needs re-bedding since I took up the surrounding concrete, dont fancy bedding in a rusty frame so want to replace it).

I also cant find a 600x600 (obvious logical next size up). The chamber is double brick wall construction so a larger lid would fit.

Any ideas? Preferably online suppliers. Or if a builders merchant would stock this size as standard let me know.

Wire brush it, grease it, and then refit it

I had an odd shaped manhole cover which was damaged (made of concrete) and managed to pick up a replacement from someone who'd just removed one when they block paved their drive.

Wire brush it, grease it, and then refit it

im quickly coming round to this idea.

Or even get it grit blasted and hot metal sprayed - it`ll probably be a lot stronger than any new one ( for the same £ )
