Oil Boiler won't power up after oil delivery

Can anyone help please. Someone has stolen our oil out of our tank and boiler stopped working (obviously ran dry) I have got oil delivered today and boiler won't go on. The amber pilot light/switch when pressed tries and then cuts out again. think it might have something to do with an air lock after being ran dry.
If anyone can help I would appreciate it

You need to purge oil through the oil pump, have you any knowledge of the boiler or tools ? What boiler/burner is it ?

its a trianco- eurostar 50/65 boiler
I'm quite handy with tools just need to know what to do.
