Need to replace nozzel in my Riello mectron 3bm oil burner.Have removed burner and 2 screws @ each side of blast tube but can not remove blast tube?

WHY do you need to replace the nozzle? Is the boiler smoking? Did you get a reading of poor combustion figures?

Tap either side of the blast tube.
 
Thanks Oilman, System has not been serviced for about 7 yrs and yes it is smoking badly. Clean boiler and found baffel lying in bottom. Will replace both of these. Will try tapping off blast tube.
