Oil filled radiators controlled by a wireless control unit?

Does anyone know if there is a company out there who supply oil filled radiators which can be controlled by a wireless unit. I want to fit 4 radiators. The sockets are already in place next to the space where the radiators will be fitted but I need a wireless control unit which doesn't have to be wired to the radiators first.

I'm also prepared to look at other electrically heated radiators controlled by a wireless unit in the same way as above as long as they are cost effective. I'm not keen on convector radiators which I think will cost a fortune over time.

All electric heaters are basically 100% efficient and all will cost the same to run.
