good evening,
to cut long story short,we were travelling up the A1 to scotland last week and we stopped of for some snap a stones throw just of the A1 at a little boozer.driving through the village i noticed a new development(an old barn conversion-several houses).the show house was open so i said to the missus, lets go and have a neb.twas beautifull inside and noticed that the heating system was underfloor oil-fired(trianco)with no radiators.i was just wondering how much dollar it costs to have one of these set ups fitted?do they kick out much heat?in the living room there was wires in the fire place presumably for a leccy fire(the house wasn't quite finished).the majority of piping was john guest.also there was an unfinished"WET ROOM" up stairs.i wouldn't like to think i got one of those with plasterboard albeit tiled walls.concrete sound s a better option(downstairs).droning on a bit here!!!all in all the house was nice but out ofsoddin price range(£195 grand cheapest up to £325 grand) bet the builders are laughing ah well just a little bedtime story for yas all.P.S if that sales rep just happens to be reading this forum;youre a stuckup wrinkled old 10 bob millionaire twaaat.
