Oil tank location help please.

Can anyone please advise me as to whether oil would need pumping (in some way) if I have an oil tank installed 30mtrs from my property? The tank would be below the level of the boiler.

pressure jet burner and a tiger loop is a deareation device incorporating non-return valve. Not realy a diy job.
