I am going to be taking up a tile floor I put down a few year's back (need to change color). My sub floor is 3/4 ply then I thin set 1/2 cement board in and screwed it down, I think I am good there. No current tiles have lifted or cracked.

My issue is that I have a 1' "belly" in my dining room that I need to level. I really do not want to rip up the entire sub floor and would rather pour a liquid leveling cement on there to level it out.

Would this be OK to do? Can anyone recommend a specific brand? Can you tile right over the leveler? Will it adhere OK to the cement board?
