old servowarm supreme. keeps cutting gas and re lighting

hi just moved in new old home. it has already got a floor standing servowarm supreme with the master rad hinged on the front. i am gonna change system next summer. but i have notised i is continually lighting up for 2-6 seconds and cutting gas and re lighting and doing it again. it does heat up the house but must be useing more gas .
does any one know a fix for this problem or a cause
