Old Windows - Split panels and mouldy

Hi,

I am not sure what to do about my old double glazing. There is split panels, mould coming in places and generally just dirty sealant. I could rid out the sealant but not sure I have the steady hand to do another lot. I could do with a double glazing repair man, do they exist? Any advice would be welcome

Use white decorator caulk and then wipe off the excess with a damp sponge

Plenty difference make out there but I prefer dulux decorator caulk which is easy to wipe off
