New house one radiator near the boiler is not working its a addition the there appear to be no flow as the pipes only get hot to about half way to the radiator.
opening up the bleed valve there is no air in it. water is clear and good pressure.
All other radiators work great
could it be how it was added to the system?
or is it a valve issue?
what tests can i do to try and solve the problem simplerly
