i have one cold radiator downstairs i followed the excellent advise on this forum regarding stuck TRVs (seemed o.k.) turned off all other radiators this caused the cold one to heat up however when i turned the other radiators back on the orginal cold one went cold again any ideas?

if you got the cold rad to heat but wouldn't stay hot when the others re-opened the system needs balancing.
