i am installing a ceiling light which i want to operate via a one way ceiling pull cord. I have connected a twin & earth to the light & a twin & earth to a lighting circuit junction box, so ending up with 2 black 2 red & 2 earth wires to be connected to to the pull cord which has one terminal marked common, one marked 1 way and an earth terminal block. I assume i connect both earth wires to the earth block, one red to the common terminat, the other red to the 1 way terminal & connect the two black via a seperate terminal block. Can anyine advise if this is correct or if not how should it be done?
