Opal Triton Shower

Hi,

My Opal Triton shower suddenly last week came up as "Low Pressure" and stopped working.

Lots of posts come up with this complaint and the PCB is usually suggested as the problem. My issue is slightly different though as when the shower is turned on, there is no water at all no matter which setting is selected.

When I press the Hot button there is a delay and it clunks as it switches to Low Pressure.

WHen I press the shower on the cold setting, the Low Pressure light comes on straight away.

The water pressure to the house is fine as everything else works perfectly.

Any ideas?

So your not getting a flow at all on any setting and low pressure is lit ?

Yeah, no flow at all.

Solenoid coils faulty.
Check it with a multi meter should be 3.4 kohms or above.
