Opening up under stairs space

Hi, first time user. Looking for some advice on opening up the space under my stairs for extra storage. I realise there are other posts but everyones stairs are different. I have taken the door and frame off and uncovered a single breeze block wall. Reading other posts i feel it would be okay to take out the wall to the left of the opening but not above or to the right which i will support with a wooden frame before wall removal. I will post a few pictures too. Any help would be appreciated Tia

Nope, stairs are all the same and self support from bottom to top of the flight.
