can anyone help we used to have a chime when the door opened we had a power cut and the is now not working does anyone know how to program this back in, with many thanks

Press RESET, just to make sure your system is in DAY.
Now press CHIME. If any zones are set to chime, the leds will light. If not, press the zone number you want to chime. The associated zone led will light. now press RESET and when that zone opens, the chime should sound.
