Our house has a utility room tacked on to the side of the building by previous occupants. It suffers from condensation on the walls. The wall is single skin blockwork, rendered on the outside, plastered on the inside, slate tile roof. As its where we have the freezer there's always warm moist air there, so condensation will always be a problem.
The question is, can I clad the outside with something to insulate the room, that can be nicely rendered afterwards?
