Orange Telecom (Email address)

Does anyone know how to contact Orange by Email or an Address.
This is not for me, my brother who lives in Canada, was in France last year & was advised to buy a particular SIM, this did not do as he was advised & he wishes to complain. Neither he nor I can find an email address.
Help appreciated

Do you not think that was the first place I looked.
I was after an email address.
I am certain you must have called this type of company, unless its a cut & dry answer yes/no, they are all pretty useless, they have no decision making capability.
