OSB prices

As an example, B&Q is selling 12mm for £44.27 a sheet (2.44 x 1.22) and they're in stock.

Does anyone know, pre covid and national/global shortages, what were these selling for roughly?

Last time I bought osb was 11mm at £10 a sheet.
Depends where you live and if you buy bulk.

I was 'gifted' some 12mm a few weeks ago and checked the price out of curiosity at B&Q They were selling it for £33.47 (I think), for a 2.4m x 1.22m sheet.
Quite pleased with the 5 sheets a builder gave me to save him throwing them in a skip.

OSB has gone up hugely recently. My local merchant, usually very keenly priced wants £31 inc for a sheet of 11mm at the moment

i was about £25 a sheet 3 months ago, chipboard flooring as well, i got a sheet of 18mm for £27
