Outlook and word editor

Hi all,

Sometimes I recive emails than when I try to reply I get this message saying that word can not be found althoug it is set up as my editor and the otlook editor will be used instead. After this I am unable to open any word document and have to switch on and off the computer again.
I followed the process stated in the "help" menu that appears in the message but it does not help.
Any suggestions?

If you have the original installation discs for Word and Outlook, you could try a repair install for each.

Or you could try changing email/word processing programs. I use Thunderbird for email, with Open Office for word processing - both are free.
