Hi there,
I have 2 x Dimplex panel heaters in my living room. Whilst decorating over the summer I reconnected the heaters to a couple of new FCUs. Since I've been putting the heating on I've noticed that the heat output on one of the heaters has severely depleted (while the other one is fine). I've checked the settings and connections and all seems fine. Anyone got any ideas what the problem might be??
The heater is connected to a 13amp FCU (same as it was previously). The heater in question is 2kw. I did shorten the mains cable slightly when I reconnected it - would this impact on output?
Any advice would be gratefully received!
Thanks!
