outside bath and shower waste

Im putting in a new toilet and am going to run in to a soil pipe three meters away do i just cut in and use a three way T?and also can the bath and shower waste join the new soil pipe nad how?

1. Yes.
2. Use a strap on Boss connector or, when you buy the 3 way for answer 1, get one with a Boss connector included.
