Best bet is to go down to look at the job and figure out what you need, and then pop to your local DIY shed. You'll probably be needing a 15mm tee, double check and service valve, some 15mm pipe, and a suitable bib tap to go outside. You'll also want a few 90 degree elbows, and you might even add an extra tee and drain cock near the service valve if the pipework is running uphill, otherwise it'll be hard to drain the system to prevent freezing in the winter. It would be the same basic setup as the kit, but without the naff flexi hose.

Of course, if you don't have a blowtorch and soldering skills, it could get expensive and/or messy. You could use pushfit, but even then, you still need to be careful to prepare all your pipe ends properly, so if you're not confident in your plumbing skills then it may be best avoided.

The second kit you link to looks as if the hose will be long enough, and presumably there is a double check valve incorporated in the tap, as it'd be silly to sell a kit that doesn't comply with water bylaws.
