outward opening

I am wanting to fit a new upvc door to my garage. The problem I have is that I'm trying to buy one off a popular site and most of the ones I like, open inwards.
Can I yse one of these and simply reverse it or would that present a security breach with the accessibility of the hinges?

Most doors open inwards, it a H&S thing, if they opened outwards there would be a lot of people walking round with broken noses.

If the hinge is accesible then yes it will lessen the security of the door, having said that if it has multiple locking points it will still be difficult to remove.
