Hi, I intend to convert an OV system (with F&E setup) Heat only boiler to a sealed system. Is my understanding correct with this kit with the labels?

Help me out by labeling it correctly.
I’m no heating engineer or even a plumber but I think the cold feed should go into the unconnected end of that flexi pipe, the bottom centre connector should go to the heating system and what you have labelled going to F&E should be going to outside your building with a 'U' return on it close to the wall to stop it from becoming blocked by dirt or insects but don't take my word for it!
 
Are you allowed to convert an open vented system to a (potentially explosive) sealed system in your country? I don't think that this would be permitted as a DIY project in the UK.

I think in the U.K. that’s only for an unvented hot water system (not a sealed heating system) but again, I’m no expert. A sealed heating system would be no different from a combi system and I’m pretty sure you don't need G3 qualified engineers to install one of those (just gas safe registered ones).

I am unsure how water when expanded will go into EV.
Secondly, what does the arrow on PRV signify.

Here’s my setup, I’ve ringed my PRV. My boiler is in my loft so my pressure gauge and flexi fill hose are downstairs for convenience. As I understand it, the fill can enter the system at any point on the flow or return. Also, the expansion vessel can be fitted anywhere in the system. There is a diaphragm and a spring inside but have a read up on how to pressurise it using a car/cycle foot pump. The arrow on the PRV indicates direction of flow of the expanded water outlet in the event the system over pressurises. I’m sure a plumber/heating engineer will correct me if I’m wrong.
