Oven heats up when power switch on

Hi good day , please assist me with this oven, had a cut-off switch previously replaced and all was working fine until now. If I switch stove on at mains against wall with all switches off on the controls the entire oven just heats up with all knobs in off position. Any suggestions, please

Start simple

Have you checked the knob to make sure it's not broken and when you think it's off its really not?

I did check that because I can hear the click , my nephew said he'll check tomorrow with his tester to see if the thermostat switch are faulty.
